Job Title: Social Media Communication Specialist

Location: Flexible / Remote

Job Summary: C.A. Ellis & Associates, LLC. is looking for a dynamic Social Media Communication Specialist who will be at the forefront of our social media and digital content strategy. This role is responsible for creating, managing, and distributing content across all social media platforms for events that C.A. Ellis & Associates, LLC. manages and oversees. The ideal candidate must be highly creative, able to produce engaging content quickly and efficiently, and skilled in adapting content to meet the diverse needs of various projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a creative social media content strategy for all events managed or overseen by C.A. Ellis & Associates, LLC., ensuring alignment with project objectives and audience interests.
  • Produce and schedule timely and compelling content across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Manage and optimize social media accounts using tools like Brevo, Convertkit, and Hootsuite to enhance audience engagement and reach.
  • Plan and design content for email newsletters, tailoring messaging to various audience segments and ensuring consistent branding across all communication channels.
  • Monitor social media performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of content and make data-driven adjustments to strategies as needed.
  • Engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay current with social media trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve our social media presence.
  • Coordinate with event managers and project teams to ensure all social media content is accurate, timely, and aligned with event goals.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and engaging diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools such as Brevo, Convertkit, and Hootsuite.
  • Strong ability to analyze social media analytics and make informed content strategy decisions.
  • Creative thinker with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently, producing high-quality content under tight deadlines.
  • Experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
